I am passionate about good homemade food and I love sharing my ideas on how to make fast, healthy food accessible and achievable for even the most reluctant cook.
As a nutritionist, I will be discussing the nutritional benefits of the mediterranean diet and will also discuss the benefits of the dishes we prepare and will be on hand to answer your questions and queries. The menu will be carefully chosen to combine health with practicality so that you can easily replicate these dishes at home for your and your family.

- Chickpea flatbreads with spiced sun-dried tomato tapenade
- Lemony spinach and pine nut tart on a quinoa crust
- Roasted cauliflower with a tahini dressing
- Raw cacao chocolate cups
Venue: My home in Claygate, Esher. Only 20 minutes from Wimbledon, just off the A3, there is plenty of free parking at the house.
